How we handle personal information, in plain English. Last updated 9 September 2026.
We collect as little as possible, we do not sell it, and you can ask for it back at any time.
Laikos IT Services Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14013262, based in London.
For anything in this notice, including any request about your data, write to hello@laikos.co.uk.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to third parties. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. Nothing follows you around, and there is no banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.
The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-term server logs including IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect against attacks. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.
Our booking page is run by Zoho Bookings. When you book, we receive your name, your organisation, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and whatever you tell us about your situation. We use this to hold the call and to follow it up.
We keep the correspondence and your contact details so that we can reply and pick up the thread later.
We hold the contact details and records needed to do the work, quote it, invoice it and support it afterwards. Where a project involves access to your own systems, that is governed separately by the agreement for that work, and we take only the access the work requires.
We do not buy contact lists, we do not run advertising, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.
Only the suppliers that make the service work, and only for that purpose:
We do not sell personal data, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone else without your instruction, unless we are legally required to.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
Email hello@laikos.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page. This version is dated 9 September 2026.
